1. What can you help me with?
We will help you in any way we can. Providing cost analysis, assigning team roles, and planning roadmaps. Setting business goals, key business values, targeting users, creating main features, prioritizing stuff. Similar projects that are already active on the market could be used as a benchmark. We can help you in the creation of user personas, mock-ups, user stories, time frames, establishing project status, and preparing project estimation. We’ll be glad to outline project specifications, prepare wireframes, details concerning integrations with external services, API documentation, and the required features list.
Development-wise, we prepare server-side architecture, front end, back end, graphic and UX design, and create back-office consoles.
Advising our customers in terms of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and business model creation also gives us great pleasure.
2. How do I create a product with you?
You can contact us via the online form, email, or phone. We will set up a meeting and discuss it. You just have to be as sure as you can about your idea, this will be convenient for meeting and will open up doors for further cooperation.
3. Should I create a mobile or a web app?
There are pros and cons to both. Application on mobile is relatively costly but they can help you significantly in data collection, and monetization capabilities as compared to web applications. Progressive Web Apps is where you will find a middle ground between a mobile and web app. Just do remember that you may need a separate mobile app and web app, when that time comes, we are here for you.
4. What do I need to know before contacting you?
Just make sure you know what you want to achieve. Why would you need this software? What for? What should it accomplish? There should be a clear picture in your mind while ordering software online. Spending a huge sum of money for months building software without having a clear picture of the final product is not to your benefit. Of course, we will help you in this process if you reach out to us.
5. Do I need to be tech-savvy to cooperate with you and order a software application?
You definitely don’t need to be tech-savvy, that’s our job :) Any experience that you have will be welcome of course, but guiding you throughout the process and explaining stuff is not that big of a deal. Just concentrate on your needs, the rest will be done by us.
6. How much time will it take for you to make my app?
Answering these questions requires defining the project scope and creating a budget. We will communicate how much ground we can cover within the budget and work out how much time it will take after at least a month of work. Don't panic, if our work does not live up to your satisfaction after two weeks you can retract from the project without any penalties, we are in our trial phase and we truly trust that a reliable software house provides one.
7. How do you guarantee product quality?
We run evaluations of our projects twice a month. We test our work (conducting both developments as well as acceptance tests), show it to you, consider your feedback and apply them so that you can be sure you are getting what you are paying for.
8. How can I be sure you work on my project as much as you declare?
We have rigorous monitoring policies for our developers and command the time they spend on certain tasks down to the exact minutes. Harvest software and Redmine are used to monitor how much time we spend on your project.
9. I want to be involved in the app development process; do you have a problem with that?
No problem at all! As we said we welcome any experience that you have to offer. From start to finish, we would welcome you for any contribution you might want to your project. Working with the client is our philosophy, not just finishing tasks.
10. Why should I choose you and not hire my own software development team?
You may hire your own software developers but remember, the recruitment process is time-consuming. The cost of keeping in-house programming, and designing the team is quite expensive. You will have to hire software developers for different roles for your team and make sure that they do as you want. With us you can be sure that you don’t get into that hassle and let us handle the Human Resource, saving you both time and money.
11. What happens after you finish my app?
We truly hope that we deliver what you desire :) However, we would be obliged to provide technical support and maintenance for your app post-development. After all, we know our work inside out. Obviously, you could do maintenance and other such stuff on your own as you’d have the source code and all the related resources with you, in any case, we would be happy to give a hand if required.
12. Are you able to double the size of the team involved in the project if the need arises?
This is subject to your requirements. If you want to expand on your project or make a separate project simultaneously, and after some time you want to focus on a single project, we will adapt to all these requirements. With a more intense workload, more resources will be allotted to the project and vice versa.
13. Will development include the creation of prototypes and demo versions that I can try out?
Although not exactly a demo version but Agile Methodology forces us to develop operational programs ASAP and add the other features as we go along. Hence, you will have a chance to test your program relatively early.
14. Will my observations concerning the prototypes be factored into the final version?
By all means. Agile Methodology helps us to iterate our work in its developmental phase and incorporate your feedback as we move along.
15. Can the software be upgraded in the future as new technology becomes available?
Certainly, we would be happy to make your project more and more efficient with sophisticated, state-of-the-art technology and provide regular updates.
16. What if I come to you with a product that I want to improve?
We would be glad to work on it. Starting with a UX Audit (in case it is applicable) by enhancing the system architecture and incorporating new functionalities.
17. Will a project manager be assigned to me as a contact person? Will this contact person be available throughout the time the software is being developed?
As might be expected, each and every client is assigned a liaison who guides them and provides related information throughout the development.
18. Will my liaison send me a progress report on a daily basis detailing the work that has been completed? What other pieces of information will they update me on? Will the progress report include a plan for the next sprint?
A progress report is relayed every two weeks or every month should you prefer. This report also contains the plan for the next sprint. Of course, you can also reach us anytime either in person, via Skype, phone, e-mail, or live chat. We typically respond within minutes during business hours.
19. My product is very complex and innovative; I’m dealing with many legacy systems and complicated tech structures in my company. Will the app be compatible with our technology and perform despite those difficulties?
In an IT project, half measures have no place. We generate a Proof of Concept. This is a technique in product development that facilitates us in examining whether the concept is practical or not in regards to business or tech and grants us a ballpark idea of product development.
20. How much do you charge?
This depends on multiple factors: the scope of the project, the time spent, and technological stuff just to name a few. It may sound vague but that’s a simple truth. The thing to remember is that each project is different especially if the idea is original. We would not want to provide you with a non-practical estimate, instead, we’d like to give you the best quality within your specified budget.
21. Do you have any testimonials from satisfied customers?
Certainly! Here is what our clients have to say about us and our service.
